Fakultas Hukum Universitas Janabadra sebagai Co-Host pada International Conference on Philanthropy Law. Pada kesempatan ini Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Gorontalo menjadi tuan rumah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 s.d 17 September 2026. Workshop ini mengangkat tema Advancing Humanity, Sustainability, and Inclusivity in Legal Development “A Global Platform for Schoolar, Practitioners, Policymakers, and Stakeholders to Advance Ethical, Inclusive, and Sustainable PhilantropyTrough the Lens of Law”.

Focus Scope:

  • Advancing Humanity in Legal Development. To embody the valaues of human dignity, social justice, and welfare as binding norms.
  • Sustainability in Legal Development. Poverty eradication, environmental justice, and intergenerational equity as enforceable legal standards in philanthropy.
  • Inclusivity in Legal Development. The systemic underrepresentation of marginalized communities, such as women, indegenous peoples, and persons with disabilities.
